Sorry for the delay in replying here @drrsm45, when you have your backup of the Secret Key at hand try resetting the wallet and then restoring the wallet once more with the Secret. Then you'll be able to set a new password.

You can reset the wallet via the top right corner menu, scroll all the way down for the reset option.
