Enterprise plans use the following rate cards for OpenAI:

error: unsupported plan 'foo'; use one of: claude-max, default, enterprise, included, max, not-billed, retail
Is there a way to calculate pricing using the rate cards and the credits?
I love everything else about this tool - it's quite comprehensive and sits in a floating tmux session for me!!!
