[Enhancement] Additional confirmation when removing Environment from snapshot

Hi,

It would be great to add an additional confirmation step when removing an Environment from a snapshot, to help prevent accidental actions and reduce the risk of operational mistakes.

For example, do some identical like for snapshot deleting: additional frame appeared to deleting it.

There once was an additional panel with the resume of what the task will actually remove (just like other tasks do). But I felt like it was adding a useless click for the user (there is already a confirm box), so it was removed.

I am afraid that if I add it back, some user may complain that it's too much clicking.

If people upvote the idea, I could think about adding it back, otherwise I will close the issue.

Ok, anyway, we should pay attention, that this Environment label can be a critical for usage, because it's very helpful to switch repositories snapshot versions without any changes on client hosts side (instances that are using those repositories)
