Feature request: support changelog

Hello,

I just build a package, the changelog is in /usr/share/doc/<package name>/changelog.gz AND /usr/share/doc/<package name>/changelog.Debian.gz but if I run apt changelog <package name I get: E: Failed to fetch changelog:/<package name>.changelog Changelog unavailable for <package name>=1.0.2

Hello

I must admit I have no clue how to implement this into the repository. The tool used to generate the repository metadata is apt-ftparchive and I haven't found how to add changelog information to the generated metadata.

This is usupported for now, but might be added in the future.
