How to change the default openwiki directory of person mode to another directory? for example, change ~/.openwiki to d:\openwiki

Motivation

for windows platform driver c is not enough stable. In most cases, driver D is better choice for store documatation.

This looks like the same request as #223, and there's already an open PR for it: #274 adds an OPENWIKI_CONFIG_DIR environment variable that relocates the personal wiki, connectors, credentials, and skills together, defaulting to ~/.openwiki when unset. That would let you point everything at D:\openwiki on Windows. Might be worth a +1 or a review there to help it along.
