Add support for other popular Lagoon services

TBD on the actual services we want to do but here is the list of the ones Lagoon supports:

I'm guessing we will want to at least do:

• Elasticsearch
• MongoDB
• Postgres This was done in Amazee redis solr lando#2426
• RabbitMQ
• Varnish This was done in 308a lando#2469

Thanks! I don't have an example to hand with MongoDB to test on, so I'll have to make one first.

Next steps from our side are to add Lando to more example projects - maybe WP etc.

We'll also get regular Lando users to check that all usual Lando goodness works properly 😁
