--reporter option overrides first the consoleReporter in monitor:health

As discussed here liip#100,

monitor:health --reporter=... currently add a new reporter to the existing pre-configured console reporter. This one cannot be avoided.

Your mission Jim, should you decide to accept it, is to:

• Add an option --overwrite-reporter which replace the predefined consoleReporter.
• Tests are appreciated.
