Add Workspace Support

Description

Add workspaces to the compositor and the means to jump between them with keybindings, this is a kin to Mod+NUM on xmonad.

Requirements

• C bindings to support workspaces
• Keybindings in Haskell

Acceptance Criteria

• Workspaces supported
• Keybindings to jump between spaces

Current partial implementation is in this draft PR. Screen is not clearing however.

This is because I made a mistake in my approach and missed the obvious implementation of treating each workspace as a stack of layers.

Ill fix this likely next weekend.
