Thanks for all of the feedback, they're great :)
I totally understand the edge labeling: that was not purposeful, so that will be patched ASAP. However, do you have any suggestions for the remaining fonts (white fill, black stroke)? That was the initial implementation for making the text legible for all colour cases!

in this case, i believe it could be solved with adjusting the kerning of the characters, and perhaps lowering the font size.

having just one color palette is a challenge. in my experience, letting the user select a color palette from a group is the best way to go. this approach has a bonus of also showing them what it would look like in light/dark mode.

the palettes get simple when taking people with dichromacy or achromatopsia into consideration. its all graduated gray scales and you can use a slider to change the gradient. and it is easy to invert between light/dark mode
