pluginExec logs nothing when target script is not exists or when script has errors

For example this config:

utils.pluginExec({
        when: 'watch',
        script: 'node dist/server/index.js',
        blocking: false,
      }),

logs nothing when file name is dist/server/index.mjs instead dist/server/index.js

Looks like it was something another, now it works correctly
