Current state of the project

Hi, thanks for sharing your project. I would like to discuss a few points:

1. What's the state of the project? Would it be suitable for a start-up demo implementing PoS blochain technology behind the scenes?
2. How would you implement the actual delegate voting process? Would you centralize the poll ballot in the master node?
3. Why only three delegates? Is it a matter of time constraints of your simulation?
