How can I upload data from the meters I have to find out the status of the area?

I have some meter data, but I don't know how to upload it to Flood Hub.

your message is a bit cryptic. This is a repository for the Caravan dataset. I can only assume you landed here because of the FAQ from FloodHub that mentioned that Google's flood forecasting model is trained by also using Caravan data and that contributing to Caravan can directly lead to Google's flood forecasting model become better?

If yes, a few things:

• Caravan so far is about streamflow data (i.e. volumetric units) not stage data.
• What exactly are the locations for which you have data?
• Do you have the permission to redistribute the data, i.e. does the data have a permissive license?
