ability to return single digit Fahrenheit temperatures for thermostats rather than half point scale

Currently the thermostat entities return .5 scale values

Option to disable .5 scale
Describe alternatives you've considered
Open to work arounds.. I guess a virtual thermostat could work but unclear if this would lose functionality?
