How using work_on_collection (SGVFinder2) to get ratio type (continues values represent the coverage of variable SVs), not normalised values.

I am currently running the SGVFinder2 pipeline to identify variable SVs. However, I am only getting normalized values for the vSVs, rather than the continuous values representing the coverage of variable SVs (which were provided in SGVFinder version 1).
May I ask how I can obtain these continuous coverage values using SGVFinder2?
