Run SGVFinder

After running step2-Run SGVFinder, I got two .csv files. However, they are too small, and there's nothing. The jsdel jspi smp files are also small.
Please help me,thanks.

This is likely a matter of too few reads in each file, too few reads mapped in each file, or too few files.
