[FR] Optimize the Exclude Folder Settings

For now, it would show many Assets Folders, and the list would be sooooo long.

Could it be some kind of Array, letting the user to "Add" an new folder and choose from folders?

I agree that the current solution for folder selection is not very flexible...I will look into this and see how I can improve it.
