Unlock-KshTenantSiteCollection [-Identity] <TenantSiteCollection> [-NoWait] [<CommonParameters>]
The Unlock-KshTenantSiteCollection cmdlet sets lock state of a site collection to Unlock. This cmdlet can be used only when connected to the SharePoint admin center.
