Track: Phase 1 completion checklist — pre-requisites before Phase 2

Alice Phase 1 Completion

Phase 2 (full onboarding via alice.kingofalldata.com) is blocked on daemon + keys infrastructure (koad/juno#30). Before Phase 2 begins, Phase 1 should be declared complete.

Phase 1 completion criteria

• PWA is live and accessible
• 12-level curriculum defined (Chiron review APPROVED WITH NOTES — see alice/reviews/)
• Curriculum notes from Chiron review are incorporated or explicitly deferred
• Alice's entry journey is mapped (Iris audit done — see koad/iris positioning/)
• Homepage revision integrates Alice as centerpiece (Muse #10, Veritas #9)

Blocked

• Phase 2 start: blocked on daemon + keys (Alice onboarding is Phase 2 of kingofalldata.com — daemon/keys dependency juno#30)

When Phase 1 criteria are checked, close this issue and note any deferred items for Phase 2.
