Fork the repository and create a feature branch.
Do not commit Data/, WebView2 profiles, personal conversations, cookies, or attachments.
Keep changes focused and include a short reproduction/verification note.
Run dotnet build ChatContextBackup.sln -c Release before opening a pull request.
For UI changes, attach before/after screenshots with private conversation content hidden.
