Dock remains visible in full-screen mode

When I switch to another app in full-screen mode, the Dock remains visible instead of hiding

Having the same issue. This is such an amazing app, but this keeps me from using it all the time!

true. also when resizing windows (for example maximizing) the window should resize as to not grow under the dock
