when trying to analyze a timeless jewel, analyzer gives me "ValueError: could not convert string to float: ."

python, tesseract and java versions are all correct, both sikulix jars aswell as jython are present in the master "timeless-jewel-master" directory. PATH is adjusted correctly. in the file run_analyzer.cmd "python"is replaced with python directory.
should i try and update my pip 18.1 to 19.2.2 , like my install.cmd suggests?
