Add genotyping_scheme_taxon field to scheme table

This is for compatibility with Pha4ge data structures.

Use e.g. Acinetobacter baumannii [NCBITaxon: 470]. There are taxons available for species complex or higher taxonomic classifications.

This should allow multiple values.
