I am trying to run the code and I am getting the following message:

Graph communities: <generator object connected_components at 0x000000000374A630>

What does this infer?

It tries to print BestComps.
Bestcomps = nx.connected_components(G) nextworkx 1.10 returns a generators here you can see to see the resultant graph you can use something like best_graph = G.copy(). you can look at my fork
