When x amount of wires are going in the same direction and have (an) intersection point(s) that they don't share with wires going in different directions, they should be merged into one.

Example for clarification:

Draw 2 horizontal wires, wire 1 starts from an input and wire 2 starts from where wire 1 ended and goes to an output. You now have 2 wires that are in the same direction and share the same path, they should be merged into 1 wire for faster evaluating and storage optimisations.
