Add pluggable db provider

Leaning a bit towards prisma as the main goto because it seems to have the widest support. The goal here is to be able to write reusable plugins that fits any tech stack. Nice to support sqlite as well, to support simple development.

This would be nice but might quickly get more complicated since SQL databases usually need to maintain a schema (as opposed to noSQL options like mongodb). Also the _id with ObjectId in MongoDB makes that schema hard to make compatible with a SQL database
