v13.4 - in-app permission modal stopped showing Blood Pressure on latest iOS 26.5

Hey all,

after the last iOS (26.5) update, the in-app permission menu stopped showing the toggle for Blood pressure metric ("HKQuantityTypeIdentifierBloodPressureSystolic", "HKQuantityTypeIdentifierBloodPressureDiastolic",).

But when you check for the app's permissions through the Health app, the permission is there. It happens for both reinstalls and fresh installs.
Before I switched on my test iPhone from 26.3.1(a) to the said latest one, the permission was there.

Has anyone encountered this issue?

We're not quite sure if this is OS issue or library issue.

found any solution ???? it happened same with react native health library, blood pressure permission don't show in health permissions sheet
