Astrometric baseline (default) priors

The default priors for the 5 parameters of the baseline model can be quite wide compared to the typical posterior from Gaia data.
I've added the get_gaussian_prior_astrometric_baseline function instead of changing the defaults for now. Still, we might need to work out the prior widths.
