Ability to Delete Sigchain or Key from Server with Signed Request

I would like to request the ability to delete a key from keys.pub by submitting a signed deletion request.
I would also like to request the ability to delete entries from the sigchain by submitting a signed request.

Yeah we could add a delete request to the web api to remove a sigchain from the server. It would probably remove the entries but keep a record of the key id, so that the key couldn't be re-used (or statements republished)?
