Problem under Windows

I'm trying to build the age-plugin-fido2-hmac, but I have this issue: olastor/age-plugin-fido2-hmac#37

@f-lombardo In #43 I mentioned about this:

The windows header files in this repository does not yet contain the needed functions and I am unsure how to properly update them. It seems like it might require changes in the scoop package, too.

I tried adding them in my forked repo like this, which at least makes the pipeline green again, but I am not sure where the files from the windows/ folder came from and how they need to be updated properly.

I think the C methods I used in this PR might not be in version of the scoop bucket. The official windows downloads for libfido2 are here, though I am not sure how they would be installed on windows (in a way to use them with go-libfido2).
