The Deploy CRD (deploy.lok8s.dev/v1beta1) exists as a spec but the operator has no reconcile hook for it — documented in operator/README.md as a known limitation. Workload selection is planned alongside the services.yaml targets-map design (same design gates lo gitops flux|argo, currently deferred no-ops).
