The "create" items url

Whatever i tried, ( even reinstalled to a new Pi clean setup)

The Url to make the devices aint working:
http://192.168.0.15:8080/json.htm?type=command&param=udevice&hid=2&did=400&dunit=4&dtype=93&dsubtype=1&nvalue=0&svalue=75.0

As result on the page i get .

anything missing there ??

Where did you find the url ? At least there should have been a dummy device created before to be able to write a value to it.
I know the Domoticz plugin should take care of creating the device, however i do not use that myself. Also not sure if Domoticz has had breaking updates with regard to this plugin.
