How to disable |INFO| message?

Generating 3d fingerprints from rdkit mol object each time results in a single line message like Generated fingerprint for X. I tried different ways to disable the message but withou success. Any guidance in this regards will be a real help. Thank you in advance.

If you're going through the scripting interfaces, there's no way in the library to disable those messages. If you're using the pipeline functions, you should be able to just load e3fp.pipeline and then set the logging level using the logging module. If you run into any issues, please let me know.
