chore(release): publish 5.18.0

Why:
Publish the requested minor release with the previously unmerged folding,
zoom-editing, and relational CSS selector fixes after validating them together.

What:
Update package.json, both root versions in package-lock.json, manifest.json,
and versions.json to 5.18.0 through the npm version lifecycle. Preserve the
minimum supported Obsidian version of 1.12.7. Include the reviewed followup
fixes and the documentation-only fold-height prototype investigation.

Validation:
On Node.js 22.23.1, lint, the test build, all 82 test suites, and the production
build pass. The release candidate passes 925 tests with 15 Linux-only cases
skipped on macOS. Independent review passes 134 focused tests. All six
standalone real-Obsidian scroll scenarios pass. Renderer checks cover zoom
editing at hidden and EOF boundaries, breadcrumbs, cross-pane synchronization,
reload, 80 CSS selector comparisons, and mobile control geometry and touch
folding. Restore eight test-vault files after renderer exit and verify their
SHA-256 hashes twice. npm creates no version commit, index change, or local tag.
