Hello!
I have been using DMRseq to deal with RRBS data and so far it has worked perfectly. I had a question regarding the number of permutations the package allows. There is an option to change the maximum permutations the package will do for a given comparison, but is there a way to "force" a specific number of permutations? For instance, instead of indicating a maximum of 10 permutations, signaling the package to perform exactly 10.
Thank you!
