Description
After opening lazygit, if I hit CTRL + Z to send neovim to the background, layzgit gets sent to the background instead. The result is that the floating window is still open but all black. Everything I type is displayed in that window, can't open command mode or close it in anyway.
To Reproduce
I reproduced it using the LazyVim setup.
Space + g + g to open lazygitCTRL + z to send it to the background- You are stuck
Expected behavior
What is expected to happen:
Should not get stuck, ideally neovim receives the keystroke instead of lazygit.
