It has been the case for quite some time that the bottom graphic in the optimization_diagnostics window is messed up. I can't quite remember what it was supposed to look like, but I think there were multiple lines. right now all the points are bunched up in three columns and there is only one line. I know the top graphic represents the current value of the parameters indexed from 1 to n along the x axis, but I'm not actually sure what the bottom graphic was supposed to be.
