ontology files

There are currently 3 different sets of ontology files defined that overlap but seem to be incompatible:

• files present in https://github.com/kbss-cvut/termit/tree/master/ontology
• files / links to be user as per https://github.com/kbss-cvut/termit/blob/master/doc/setup.md#graphdb (5.)
• files used by the Docker container https://github.com/kbss-cvut/termit-docker/tree/master/db-server/init-data

Which one is right?

When consolidating, would it be possible to use English and ascii-only file names?

Hi, thanks for pointing out the inconsistency. TermIt's domain model uses several ontologies.

https://github.com/kbss-cvut/termit/tree/master/ontology contains one of the ontologies - the TermIt ontology. This is a low-level ontology containing classes and properties used only by TermIt.

The canonical set of ontologies used is probably the one in https://github.com/kbss-cvut/termit-docker/tree/master/db-server/init-data because it is used by the deployment. The list in https://github.com/kbss-cvut/termit/blob/master/doc/setup.md#graphdb is outdated. I will update it to reference the list of files in termit-docker.

As for renaming the files, using only ascii is definitely fine. English we need to discuss internally, but personally I don't see any issue with that either.
