[Release]: Publish version as draft and publish repo on actual publication

Currently, the release is automatic and the new repo is built on release. Perhaps it's better to create the release as draft and launch the publication of the apks upon manual release.

We have a test repo (https://static.iknite.app/test) and release repo (https://static.iknite.app/release). Maybe we should have a rc repo.
