I think you have to reload emg data.
One way to do it is to re-run blech_unit.py again, but that risks potentially overwriting something.
Can you run python utils/blech_reload_amp_digs.py $DIR?

@OpenHands, remove loading dig-ins in utils/blech_reload_amp_digs.py. it is no longer needed as dig-ins are loaded into dig in frame

Summary

I successfully fixed issue #799 by removing the dig-in loading from utils/blech_reload_amp_digs.py as requested in the issue comment.

Changes Made:

1. Modified utils/blech_reload_amp_digs.py: Removed the calls to read_file.read_digins() and read_file.read_digins_single_file() since dig-ins are now loaded into dig_in_frame via blech_init.py

2. Added test tests/test_blech_reload_amp_digs.py: Created tests to verify:

   • No calls to read_digins or read_digins_single_file exist in the file
   • Calls to read_electrode_channels and read_emg_channels are still present

Verification:

• All 3 tests pass ✓
