Add to OpenVSX Registry to support extension for VS Code forks

There are lots of VS Code forks that cannot use this extension as it is not listed on OpenVSX. Please consider publishing it using the instructions below.

If you can't find the time, there is an easier way: "auto publishing". The registry will automatically mirror the extension, without any work on your part.

All you must do is make a tiny PR to include it on this list. That's it!
