Data drive the response commands for data downloads

When a connection is made on the data listener, it automatically sends back some commands.

Currently these commands are set up in code. It would be better to allow them to be set up as part of the responses supplied to the server.

This can be done using another special key like the InitialResponsesPattern key.
Possibly DataResponsesPattern.
