"Tural" in the lexicon screws up any word with "tural" in it

Whenever the word "natural" comes up, or any derivative of it, it gets translated to 'N A Tural.' It's insanely annoying, and I have no idea how to exclude "Tural" from the lexicon. I'd take Tural being misspoken a thousand times over having every other word infected with it.
