2.5 Rework, Fixes and Eventsub got types

Breaking Changes

TwitchService has some Methods renamed

• chat -> send_message
• shoutout -> send_shoutout
• announcement -> send_announcement
  Disclaimer: the other methods are now static ones so it should just throw a warning on your side if you use them.

Setup got a complete remake.
There is now a new default user feature. You can now define the default user yourself (it's still beta and not fully tested when you find something please report!)
Also Eventsub are now fully typed also pretty beta the parsing was made from the reference page and may be wrong (cause the documentation of Twitch is sometimes wrong)
