Discrepancy between gene expression and Norm_Commu_Score

Thank you for the interesting package!
I have attached my Mebocost results. However, I noticed a discrepancy in my dataset: although SLC38A1 exhibits relatively low expression levels in MP2 cells while SLC38A2 is highly expressed, the normalized communication score (Norm_Commu_Score) for SLC38A1 is unexpectedly higher than that of SLC38A2. Could you please help clarify the potential reasons behind this observation?
