This is a less tested one, but can you try to set met_est='scFEA-balance' and, meanwhile, pass the scFEA balance result to met_pred in mebocost.create_obj. You will need to read the scFEA balance result into a pandas dataframe in Python first.

only need this one output file: scFEA-balance result ? whether i need to put other scFEA result file ?
could you please share the script about linke the scFEA result to the mebocost? after creating the object with the scFEA result ,then it's running result shows that metabolic id couldn't be used? how can i slove this problem?
