Support a new "function" installation profile. On top of the "serving" profile, it needs the Tekton Pipelines package. Usage of OCI and Git credentials (push vs pull) must be reviewed.
Consider how to provide the necessary Tekton tasks to each developer namespace, until the Knative Functions project support remote providers. Perhaps, a Carvel App resource pulling the Tasks from a Git repo via a GitOps workflow is sufficient.
