Question: How to setup lint for KMP

I have a KMP library and would like to have these lint rules.

Here is my PR that unfortunately doesn't produce a lint warning/error.

I did a little digging, still nothing conclusive, but it seems to me that the lint plugin doesn't search for tests in the typical KMP source set structure. These lint checks are scoped to only run against tests, so lint knowing where they are is important. Trying to get some clarity here: https://issuetracker.google.com/issues/418073083, but I'll also keep digging.
