Is there a configuration option to show the info window on load and not on click?

no, it's not. I like the idea, but it must be clear, that this option should only work, if you have exactly one POI and not more. If there are more POIs this option can be activated, but it has no functionality.

do you have any advice on how I can achieve this with a simple JavaScript-Function given that it’s just a single POI with a known UID?
