i work on RHEL9 and AlmaLinux9 systems and wanted to test your provided chimerax skills.
i run it via aionui and opencode with the latest gemma4 model from huggingface.
we have os-level python 3.9.25 installed and i have let the ai fix your code so "make test" runs now without problem.
Attached is a ai bug report summary and a diff/patch file from the local changes.
