RTLSDR:Cannot open device (error -6) ressource busy

I am on the latest release build 1.15 which I use with an RTL SDR V4. Generally it is working well, just when I enable Auto Start when USB device is ready I get this error and the app is closing.

I have enabled the auto start when I attach the USB device through Android. If I don't do this though the App has the error that it needs permission to access the USB device.

Hello, I have made a small tweak that hopefully solves this in 1.16. If not, let me know and will do some further testing.
